Meet Mika

Tamika Renay Dunner is a transformational speaker, podcaster, faith coach and mentor, and founder of My Mustard Seed Faith, a Christ-centered community for women silently battling afflictions but refusing to give up.

Through storytelling, biblical truth, and practical faith steps, Tamika equips women to stop surviving and start stewarding their lives, renewing their strength, rising in hope, and moving forward with faith, resilience, and purpose.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and now based in Georgia, Tamika holds a B.A. in Communications Management with a minor in Mass Communication.

She has spent over 15 years in media—television, print, and online—and co-hosted a monthly segment on FOX 6 WBRC, Birmingham’s largest news station, sharing messages about living fully and embracing life’s joy.

With 20+ years of public speaking experience, Tamika guides women to rise spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

As the host of the My Mustard Seed Faith Podcast, she shares Bible-based teaching, soul-stirring encouragement, and practical tools for women walking through pain, holding onto hope, and choosing to believe God anyway.

Her message reaches women in multiple countries each week, reminding them they are seen, strengthened, and never walking alone.

Each week, Tamika coaches and mentors girls and women, helping them grow in faith, confidence, and resilience through grace. ​

She is also the co-creator of The Statement Piece, a confidence-boosting accessory brand designed to help women feel empowered inside and out.

Her story of surviving countless losses, including her father, her health struggles with kidney failure, and her marriage, while thriving on dialysis for over 18 years, shows that God still heals, restores, and uses broken places for His glory.​
